Time to ask your parents/guardians about businesses

The next great source for scholarships are you parents or guardians. Stop the video and share the rest of it with your parents/guardians. They may or may not know that where they work, places they subscribe to, services they receive may grant them and their family members access to benefits like Scholarships.
Business to consider checking in with:
- Where they work
- Banks or credit unions they hold accounts in
- Local clubs or associations they have memberships with
- Public Utility Districts (PUDs) from where they receive utility services

Start by asking your parents/guardians about the businesses they associate with and begin checking their websites. If not much is on the website then have your parents/guardians ask directly at the businesses about what they offer. Continue to search and checking websites of the larger businesses in your area and region in your state.
